Hi! Welcome to our community

We are a group of like-minded women committed to upgrading their mental health proactively by consistently showing up and talking about what really matters.

UPDATE: *Enrollment is Currently Closed*

What is this?

This is a monthly, high level, interactive discussion group. It relies heavily on input from members to fuel important conversations about healthy empowered cognitive tools and practical advice for real-life experience.

If you've read or watched Elisheva's material, and you like the way she thinks and educates, you're going to enjoy these sessions.

The content will be loosely based on the Horizon of Healthy Thinking concept described in her book, but it will branch into more nitty-gritty, applicable examples based on participants' questions and feedback. The sessions will be audience-driven; tackling the subjects that YOU want to hear more about: relationships, mental health, spirituality, family life, intimacy, sex, happiness, work, money, and motivation.

These are dynamic discussions; not pres-scripted lectures. There is also a community component; there are weekly prompts to follow up the themes that come up in the monthly calls and keep up momentum and support.

What is it not?

It is not therapy. It is not instead of therapy. It is not a lecture series.

It is also not a cooking show. Elisheva is a very mediocre cook.

What's the point of it?

Elisheva gets more calls, emails, and private messages than she can realistically answer, but would very much like to address. This is an opportunity for you to access her knowledge and advice in the context of others who also want to learn and grow in similar ways.

How is this different from the free content she offers on her site and social media?

The free content is generated by Elisheva, based on what she sees and wants to share. Those blogs, posts, and videos are planned and edited. It's one-way communication. These talks are generated by you and what you want to hear more about. You get to participate and shape the talks based on your interests and involvement. It's taking place in real-time, with no agenda other than to serve your needs and connect you with others in the group.

If I can't make it to the calls when they happen, can I watch them later?

Yes. The hope is that you'll usually participate in real-time, but life happens, so we plan to make the calls available afterward. You will also have the option to pre-send questions or requests for talk topics in advance. But this is a discussion, not a monologue, so the more interaction we get, the more interesting it will be.

Why would someone do this rather than therapy?

You should NOT do this instead of therapy. You can do this in addition to therapy, or if you're not in the market for therapy, but you want to work on your mental wellness proactively in a virtual group setting. It is also a way to grow with guidance from a private therapist, for a fraction of the cost of private therapy.
